Lock-Up Self Storage Facility Concrete Work
NAPLES, Fla. (Sept. 6, 2007) – Eagle Concrete Systems has begun concrete work on a three-story facility for Lock-Up Self Storage Suites located at Piper Boulevard and Cypress Way in Naples.
Eagle Concrete is coordinating all structural concrete and masonry systems for the 109,433-square-foot building, using tilt-up construction. The project is scheduled for completion in fall 2007.
Patrick M. Pillot Architects designed the building. DeAngelis Diamond Construction is the general contractor. Bobby Vetri is the project executive for Eagle Concrete Systems, and Alonso Castillo is the project superintendent.
Founded in 1991, Fort Myers-based Eagle Concrete Systems is a full-service structural concrete company, specializing in commercial and industrial construction. Services include layout, structural concrete forming, flatwork placement and finishing, and masonry and tilt-wall construction. In 2001, Michael and Carmel Leannah purchased Eagle Concrete Systems and have focused the company’s efforts on mid-sized and large commercial projects.
