In 2001, Michael and Carmel Leannah purchased Eagle Concrete Systems,
and have focused the company’s direction toward mid-sized and
large commercial projects. The company also constructs high-end residential
projects. Michael has designed and developed an estimating program
and added a senior estimator to the company staff, along with a construction
manager. In addition, the company has hired a safety director, who
manages the company’s safety program and makes sure that the
company adheres to OSHA regulations and guidelines. In 2008, the company expanded its base of operations throughout Florida to include the counties in and around West Palm Beach, Tampa, Orlando and Jacksonville.
