Eagle Concrete Systems Earns "People First" Certification
FORT MYERS, Fla. (Jan. 21, 2008) – Eagle Concrete Systems has earned “People First” certification after employees participated in a 13-week personal development and leadership course.
People First was created by Jack Lannom, an internationally renowned speaker, author and consultant, who is an expert on learning, memory, leadership, motivation and personal development. “People First has offered valuable leadership and personal growth training for everyone at Eagle Concrete,” said Michael Leannah, president of Eagle Concrete Systems. “The program helped us work together to develop core values for our firm, and taught us how to constantly connect to our core values so we will never loose sight of what’s important.” The certification involved a full day of training each week for all 13 weeks of the training.
