Eagle Awarded Contract for Concrete Work at The Mercato
NAPLES, Fla. (Dec. 18, 2007) – Hoar Construction has awarded Eagle Concrete Systems a contract to complete concrete and masonry work on two retail buildings in The Mercato located at 9251 Mercato Way in Naples.
Eagle Concrete will use concrete block construction for the two retail buildings totaling 61,533 square feet.
The Mercato is a mixed-use, fashion-based, lifestyle center with approximately 350,000 square feet of retail, 100,000 square feet of Class A office space, 175 residential units and an 80-room hotel.
Bobby Vetri of Eagle Concrete Systems will serve as the project executive, and Santos Miranda will serve as the project superintendent. The retail center was designed by Cooper Carry of Atlanta, Ga.
