Eagle Concrete Systems Completes Work on Coral Walk Shops
CAPE CORAL, Fla. (Aug. 27, 2007) – Eagle Concrete Systems has completed concrete work on Coral Walk Shops, a retail shopping center located at 1760 Pine Island Road. The plaza is expected to open this summer with retail giants such as Staples and the Sports Authority. It also will include a Super Target, Starbucks, Panera Bread, Olive Garden and Chili’s restaurant.
The 103,000-square-foot shopping center has six one-story buildings constructed from steel-reinforced concrete blocks and concrete tilt-walls.
Bobby Vetri of Eagle Concrete Systems was the project executive, and Santos Miranda was the project superintendent. The shopping center was designed by Phillips Partnership Architects, and Keene Construction Company is the general contractor.
