Eagle Concrete Systems’ leadership team provides the perfect combination of business expertise and hands-on field experience.

Michael Leannah, company president, draws on more than 30 years of executive management experience. He has managed companies around the world, including in London, Stockholm and Milan. Michael has an impressive track record of increasing profits, reducing costs and exceeding goals at those companies. Originally from Wisconsin, he holds a bachelor of science degree in business administration from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.

Highly experienced in accounting management, Carmel Leannah joins him as executive vice president of finance. Originally from Wisconsin Carmel has more than 30 years of finance and management experience. She holds a bachelor of science degree in business administration from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse. 

Together, they have assembled a powerful team of experienced leaders to round out the executive team. The company’s vice presidents each have more than 20 years of experience in the construction industry. The purchasing manager has more than nine years of experience in the commercial structural concrete business.

In 2007, the Lee Building Industry Association recognized Eagle Concrete Systems as the Subcontractor of the Year.
