Eagle Completes North Pointe Shoppes Concrete Work

CAPE CORAL, Fla. (May 2, 2008) – Eagle Concrete Systems has completed the tilt-up concrete and masonry work on North Pointe Shoppes for general contractor Keene Construction Company of Central Florida Inc. The local concrete company worked on five of the six retail buildings, located at 1803 Pine Island Road in Cape Coral.   

The retail center designed by Phillips Partnership has a total of 85 tilt-wall panels for 88,410 square feet of retail space. North Pointe Shoppes includes retail stores AC Moore, Linens N’ Things and PetSmart.  Bobby Vetri of Eagle Concrete Systems served as the project executive, and Santos Miranda served as the project superintendent.
