Eagle Concrete Systems Begins Concrete Work at The Mercato

NAPLES, Fla. (April 3, 2008) – Eagle Concrete Systems has begun the concrete and masonry work for HOAR Construction on two retail buildings at The Mercato, located at 9251 Mercato Way in Naples.

Eagle Concrete is using concrete block construction for the two retail buildings, which total 61,533 square feet.

Designed by Cooper Carry of Atlanta, Ga., the Mercato is a mixed-use, fashion-based, lifestyle center with approximately 350,000 square feet of retail, 100,000 square feet of Class A office space, 175 residential units and an 80-room hotel.

Dave McNamara of Eagle Concrete Systems is the project manager, and Hazar Ramirez is the project superintendent.
