Eagle Begins AmericInn Concrete Work
FORT MYERS, Fla. (March 31, 2008) – Nelscott Construction has awarded Eagle Concrete Systems the contract to complete the structural concrete and masonry systems for the AmericInn of Fort Myers, a new hotel located at 13621 Jetport Parkway in Fort Myers. Eagle began construction of the 45,800-square-foot Hotel in mid March.
Dave McNamara of Eagle Concrete Systems will serve as the project manager, and Santos Miranda will serve as the project superintendent. The hotel was designed by Truman Howell Architects & Associates, Inc.
Founded in 1991, Fort Myers-based Eagle Concrete Systems is a full-service structural concrete company, specializing in commercial and industrial construction. Services include layout, structural concrete forming, flatwork placement and finishing, masonry, tilt-wall and structural steel construction. In 2001, Michael and Carmel Leannah purchased Eagle Concrete Systems and have focused the company’s efforts on mid-sized and large commercial projects.
